Attracting talent is always a top priority in the work of human resource management in all business targets. However, once the data have been recruiting talent then you can rest assured "that elevation pillow bed"? Absolutely not! If businesses do not know how to hold it sooner or later they will go well and everything will return to the starting line.

So just how do I attract talent, while keeping their feet? Here are four step process to do this:

1. Define clearly the responsibilities and powers of the new employees
You should clearly define the responsibilities and powers of the new employees before recruitment began. This just helps you to recruit suitable staff really work, just as for their work on the latter is more convenient - one of the most important factors to retain them.

2. Ask candidates to describe the details of their personal achievements
In the interview, you should ask candidates describe in detail the personal achievements they have made. The reason to emphasize this because many candidates often describe achievements like "We used to do this, we had other achievements." Maybe they did not deceive you, but if you leave them to respond in such a way, you will be unable to judge their personal capacity. So, clearly state your request and remind candidates when they began to digress. T rong case the candidate can not fully describe the details of his personal achievements, you have reason to suspect that they mentioned the achievements of the group and they only play a modest role in the .

3. Be interested candidates genuinely
When interviewing, you do not rush to "show off" the achievements your company has achieved or referring to financial problems that take more time to learn about the needs, goals and ambitions of the application member. Then you listen very attentively to their answers, sometimes repeated ideas expressed in their own words to show them you understand what they say, or ask them a few questions to do more clearly. These things may seem simple, but employers are not always respected them. So, if you do, the candidate will remember you. The sincerity of your concern will not only help you recruit talent but also retain them for later.

4. Good boss - "Weapon" retain talent most effectively
Talent, the business will need. So, what makes the most financial concerns not find jobs, which is found a business and a boss you really want to help them develop personal capacity and reach peak or career no. In other words, talented people get thirsty for good bosses, who they can respect and trust. So, want to retain good employees, then you first have to retain the talented executives. The best way to do this is to build a real working environment with business-friendly in salary, bonuses, benefits fair and reasonable and sincere concern of the leadership to workers .
