The Thomson NETg C# Programming for the Microsoft .NET Platform CBT Training student will learn about error handling and code debugging, user input validation, ADO.NET database connections and data access. The student is also taught the creation and use of XML Web services and the configuration and deployment of Web applications in Visual Basic.NET. The Thomson NETg course intended audience for this curriculum are individuals involved in programming in C, C++, Microsoft Visual Basic or Java and wish to program in C#. They are involved in developing enterprise business solutions. The audience will include application developers, system analysts, and software engineers. It is expected that learners should have experience programming in C, C++, Visual Basic, Java, or another programming language. Learners should also have basic familiarity with the .NET framework and the .NET strategy.
