Personnel Management will lead to no good:

Dissatisfaction of employees: Employees will no longer work excitement, worse they will attempt to undermine the company's activities. Even when talking to customers they will say something bad about the company.

Failure to comply with the rules: Employees will not respect the rules again, they would often arrive late, do not attend many meetings and lunch hours.

"First single" work environment: They will seek to turn the enthusiasm, excited with the work of newcomers to become negative.

The enthusiasm of the staff: The staff will feel happy and always want to generate more profit for the company because you help them understand that the company's profits increased in proportion to their wages.
